Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an Ambassador Program consisting of 10 core ambassadors and 100+ creators
• Generate 100+ events per year, primarily focusing on hackathons
• Drive 100+ YouTube videos annually featuring Omi products and apps
• Ensure Omi presence across both online and IRL channels to maximize brand visibility

Requirements

• Proven experience building or managing a team of 10+ people
• Experience organizing large-scale events, ideally within the tech, hardware, or creator sectors
• Ability to provide proof of execution via links to past events, campaigns, or communities
• High-velocity execution and leadership capabilities
