Responsibilities
- Support the growth and engagement of The Butterfly Collective and Generation Hired communities
- Brainstorm community growth strategies and recruit new members
- Edit content and develop community resources
- Analyze performance and ensure information accuracy
- Assist with client campaigns as opportunities arise
Requirements

- Experience in social media content creation
- Comfortable working behind the camera
- Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills
