About the role
Responsibilities
- Codify and improve community management processes for scalability and consistency
- Establish continuous feedback loops through surveys to identify drivers of member satisfaction
- Manage WhatsApp channel for event updates, logistics, and community support
- Plan and execute social events end-to-end
- Manage brand partnership lifecycle from prospecting to ongoing relationship management
- Write blog recaps and event-related newsletters
- Support on-site marketing activations and property staging as needed
Requirements
