Community Inclusion Worker

Responsibilities

• Facilitate inclusive sporting and recreational programs for people with disability, focusing on participation and enjoyment
• Support the delivery of seasonal programs across multiple community locations
• Assist with the setup and pack down of equipment and program areas to ensure safe delivery
• Officiate or supervise games and activities as required
• Complete program-related administration and reporting tasks
• Build positive relationships with participants, families, volunteers, and community partners
• Promote programs within the local community to support engagement

Requirements

• Experience delivering or supporting group recreational or sporting programs
• Experience working with people with disability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to community-based program locations
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in inclusive or modified sports programs
