Responsibilities

• Build and activate owned communities to spark conversation and engagement
• Turn customers into content creators, advocates, and referrers
• Film and edit short-form, lo-fi, organic video content
• Appear on camera for Lives, behind-the-scenes, and community moments
• Assist with planning and hosting digital and in-person live events
• Participate in test-and-learn growth experiments and track performance metrics
• Support cross-functional marketing projects including shoots and campaign launches

Requirements

• Native creator experience with a personal audience of 5k+ followers or community management of 50k+ followers
• Proficiency with CapCut, Figma, and AI tools
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with audiences
• Proven track record of building or growing a community, account, or side project
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, experimental environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with organic growth engines and community-led growth
• Ability to iterate quickly based on performance data
