Community Growth Manager, Campus

Responsibilities

• Own the Lovable Campus Leads Program end-to-end including recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention
• Identify and hand-pick campus leads and design the on-campus event playbook
• Set expectations, keep leads activated, collect product feedback, and celebrate wins
• Build relationships with faculty, club leads, and accelerator staff at target schools
• Own the roadmap for expanding the program once the first cohort produces repeatable results

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, or student marketing
• Deep familiarity with university ecosystems such as entrepreneurship clubs, CS programs, and hackathon culture
• Strong operator with a bias toward action and experience with event logistics or cohort programs
• Comfortable with ambiguity and defining new roles
• Builder instincts or a passion for people who build products
