About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, delivery, and growth of a new national community fundraising initiative for the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre.
- Contribute to the development of the national community fundraising campaign concept, framework, and annual delivery plan.
- Establish clear objectives, success measures, timelines, and budgets for the campaign.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, participation, and fundraising revenue year-on-year.
- Ensure all activities align with the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre strategy and EMF fundraising priorities.
- Manage the campaign to ensure it is delivered on time, on budget, and meets brand objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale events, activations, or community fundraising initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with communications, marketing, and fundraising teams.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in logistics and administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with peer-to-peer campaigns or supporter engagement activities is highly regarded.
