About the role
Responsibilities
- Support pre-planned community program activities including food bank, crafts, sports, music, and homework stations
- Provide general administrative assistance such as greeting visitors and supporting reception duties
- Work collaboratively within a team setting to complete various tasks and activities
- Assist during public relations events and regular community campaigns
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all program participants and matters
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Completion of some high school coursework
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Non-Violent Crisis Training certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- One year of related experience
- Ability to undergo applicable background checks and screenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
