Community & Family Services Worker

Responsibilities

• Support pre-planned community program activities including food bank, crafts, sports, music, and homework stations
• Provide general administrative assistance such as greeting visitors and supporting reception duties
• Work collaboratively within a team setting to complete various tasks and activities
• Assist during public relations events and regular community campaigns
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all program participants and matters
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completion of some high school coursework
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Non-Violent Crisis Training certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• One year of related experience
• Ability to undergo applicable background checks and screenings
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
