About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver Champagne Quality in every class and greet first-time clients to drive a 50%+ first-visit return rate and 30%+ trial conversion
- Schedule and complete Confidence Calls with trials and new members to document goals, remove friction, and present membership options
- Monitor the lead pipeline and intervene on slipping leads; protect revenue by addressing failed payments, cancellations, and freeze requests with a save-first mindset
- Coordinate class coverage and subs to prevent schedule gaps, and own weekly scoreboard metrics
- Keep the studio active and visible on Instagram, TikTok, and the local Facebook group to drive bookings and deepen member retention
Requirements
- Genuine love for people and dance, with the ability to teach choreography with energy and warmth and sub in when needed
- Natural sales ability that feels consultative and authentic; you connect, listen, and confidently ask for the commitment
- Strong organizational skills and accountability for hitting sales and retention targets
- Comfort with technology and tools such as Mindbody, lead systems, and social platforms
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when classes run
