Community Events Staff

Responsibilities

• Set up, activate, and break down Florida Panthers activations on the Publix Plaza at all home games
• Work off-site community events throughout the tri-county area to promote the brand on a grassroots level
• Assist in promoting and executing amateur hockey programs such as Kids Club, Learn to Play, and ball hockey initiatives
• Pack and drive promotional vehicles to and from community appearances
• Engage with fans to create positive experiences and promote the Panthers brand and hockey in South Florida

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a local candidate
• Available for at least 75% of home games and 50% of monthly community events
• Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Previous marketing, promotional, or hockey experience preferred

• Experience working for a college or professional sports team
• Fun, energetic, and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the Florida Panthers brand
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual preferred
