Community & Events Lead

Responsibilities

• Design event marketing strategies, including creating original events and identifying priority conferences and tradeshows.
• Organize private client events and socials such as dinner series, fireside chats, and exclusive speaker events.
• Build relationships with event organizers to ensure senior stakeholders are prominently featured at industry events.
• Own end-to-end event logistics, including planning, booking, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to develop compelling case studies and thought leadership content.
• Design and execute a community strategy to drive engagement and brand loyalty among the core user group.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing or community management roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally targeting finance and consulting audiences.
• Proven track record of planning conferences and events that drive brand awareness and sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong, loyal communities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Executive presence and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills.
• A tinkerer’s mindset with experience using LLMs and AI tools to improve processes.
