About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including resident socials, open houses, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate event logistics from venue selection to entertainment while maintaining standardized operating procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing resources to ensure events align with brand image and objectives.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Create engaging content for digital and print channels using social media and graphic design tools.
- Facilitate connections between residents through special projects and community-driven initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the resident experience.
- Analyze event outcomes and marketing effectiveness to generate detailed reports and suggest improvements.
- Manage event-related inventory and maintain accurate records of usage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, Slack, and basic graphic design tools.
- Ability to work across multiple locations (primarily Fort Lauderdale and Miami) with occasional travel.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
