About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate and implement an intergroup dialogue program course for graduate students
  • Assist with PITA Fellowship logistics, including recruitment, application review, and student support
  • Coordinate professional development programming for graduate students, such as writing sessions
  • Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Community Engagement and Outreach to support college-wide goals
  • Develop and implement programming primarily for students to foster community building
  • Establish connections with engineering students as a representative of the office
  • Track student interactions and evaluate the effectiveness of various programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience developing programming to promote an inclusive culture
  • Experience working in academic or student services environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a student leader or a professional who supports student leaders
