Community Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to high-volume customer inquiries across email inboxes, direct messages, and public-facing social channels.
• Engage with Headliners on social platforms using the appropriate brand voice to foster positive community sentiment.
• Monitor platforms for safety-related concerns and high-priority issues, escalating them to Marketing, Ticketing, Operations, and Production teams.
• Work on-site at festivals to monitor online discourse and solve problems in real time.
• Support the onboarding of team members, clients, vendors, and partners as needed.
• Assist with identifying trends in fan sentiment and providing post-event insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service.
• In-depth understanding of electronic music, festival culture, and the live music space.
• Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting skills and proficiency in grammar.
• Experience working on-site at concerts, music festivals, or other large-scale events.
• Ability to work overnight, off-hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and varying temperature climates while working on-site.
