Community Engagement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with regional influencers, creators, and opinion leaders to increase club visibility.
• Organize and promote community events at the Casa Red Bull Bragantino to engage local residents.
• Support the execution of Soccer Camps with a specific focus on engaging Gen Alpha and Gen Z audiences.
• Develop and implement socio-sustainable action plans (ESG) to reinforce the club's commitment to social impact and sustainability.
• Execute engagement initiatives aligned with the company's short, medium, and long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing activations and event management.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators, and regional opinion leaders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and an open-minded profile.
• High interest and affinity for sports, particularly football.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
