Community Director

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing pipeline by conducting tours and converting leads to signed leases
• Monitor leasing and occupancy KPIs and execute renewal strategies
• Conduct market surveys and shop comparable student housing communities
• Serve as a primary contact for resident needs and build a positive community environment
• Plan and support resident events, programs, and communications
• Process lease applications and manage lease files in property management software
• Collect rent and assist with delinquency follow-up
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Collaborate with leasing staff to provide coaching and guidance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in student housing, multifamily leasing, or property management
• Demonstrated track record of hitting leasing and occupancy targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak leasing season
