About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA market intelligence strategy to inform financial health, education, and inclusion programs across International Consumer Bank brands.
- Synthesize country-level insights into a coherent regional view to define market entry and expansion hypotheses.
- Drive cross-entity collaboration between Chase UK, J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, and Global Philanthropy.
- Facilitate cross-entity governance forums, including agenda-setting, decision framing, and outcomes management.
- Define and implement a governance framework for community integration and financial health commitments across EMEA markets.
- Own the financial education and wellbeing partnership portfolio strategy, defining activation models and expected outcomes.
- Develop measurement frameworks to connect investments and activities to community impact and financial health outcomes.
- Deliver senior committee-ready materials featuring clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decision requests.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading multi-country market strategies within a regulated financial services environment.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business lines and legal entities.
- Demonstrated experience in resource allocation through investment recommendations and business cases.
- Strong track record of partnering with control functions, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Ability to produce high-quality, structured narratives and briefings for senior executive committees.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including segmentation and the development of measurement frameworks.
- A demonstrated commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and culturally informed customer experience design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with philanthropy or community impact functions to deliver large-scale financial health outcomes.
- Proven track record of building enterprise knowledge repositories and operating mechanisms across multiple countries.
- Familiarity with UK and European regulatory environments regarding consumer banking expansion and community engagement.
