Community Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community strategic plans to support Production objectives and marketing strategy
• Shape player feedback cycles and provide insights to Production and Publishing teams
• Act as a spokesperson for Assassin’s Creed and coordinate community-centric events
• Represent player needs within Production and Publishing teams to influence development
• Collaborate with live teams for post-launch communication regarding patches and content
• Manage and produce internal reports on community feedback and activity
• Support internal and external milestones such as betas and launches
• Coordinate communication and initiatives with multiple global departments
• Leverage Community Managers and partner resources to create content like blogs and podcasts
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers to define and report on content KPIs

Requirements

• Intermediate experience managing online communities and developing strategic plans
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders to implement player feedback
• Experience working in the gaming industry with diverse gaming platforms
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and Discord
• Experience working in a demanding Production environment with multiple deadlines
• Strong understanding of building and maintaining video game communities
• Fluency in French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience organizing events
• Experience launching a AAA title
• Experience in social media marketing
• Experience with digital asset creation such as video, photo, or podcasts
• Knowledge of multiple gaming genres
