About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community strategic plans using content tactics to support production and marketing goals
- Shape player feedback cycles to influence game experience and player retention
- Act as a spokesperson for Assassin's Creed and coordinate community-centric events
- Represent player needs within production and publishing teams
- Collaborate with live teams for post-launch communication and patch status updates
- Manage and produce internal reports on community feedback and activities
- Support internal and external milestones such as betas and launches
- Coordinate communication and initiatives with international departments
- Leverage community managers and partners to create meaningful content like blogs and podcasts
- Collaborate with social media managers to define and report on content KPIs
Requirements
- Intermediate experience in online community management and strategic planning
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to implement player feedback
- Experience in the video game industry across various gaming platforms
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord)
- Experience working in high-pressure production environments with multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in French
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event organization
- Experience with AAA title launches
- Experience in social media marketing
- Experience in digital asset creation (video, photo, podcasts)
- Knowledge of multiple gaming genres
