About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community strategic plans to support Production and marketing objectives
- Grow existing communities in alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate communication and initiatives with multiple global departments
- Create meaningful content such as blogs, podcasts, and infographics
- Act as a spokesperson for assigned brands and coordinate community-centric events
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers to report on content KPIs
- Advocate for the player experience within Production and Publishing teams
- Shape player feedback cycles to influence game development and retention
- Manage internal reports on community feedback and activity
Requirements
- Intermediate experience managing online communities professionally
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord)
- Knowledge or strong interest in the extreme sports industry
- Experience working in a demanding Production environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing player feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the gaming industry across multiple platforms
- Experience in social media marketing or digital asset creation
- Experience launching a AAA title
- Knowledge of multiple gaming genres
