Community Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic community plans through content tactics to support production and marketing goals
• Grow existing communities in alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate communication and initiatives with international departments to ensure message consistency
• Leverage Community Managers and cross-functional teams to create relevant content like blogs, podcasts, and interviews
• Act as a brand spokesperson and coordinate community events such as studio tours and tournaments
• Collaborate with social media managers to define and report on KPIs, content success, and ROI
• Support key milestones including beta versions and launches to advocate for the player experience
• Represent player needs within production and publishing teams to influence game development
• Establish player feedback loops to provide actionable insights to production teams
• Coordinate with live service teams for post-launch communication and update status
• Manage and produce internal reports on community activity and expectations

Requirements

• Intermediate experience in online community management and strategic planning
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord)
• Experience working in high-pressure production environments with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and implement player feedback
• Fluency in French

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in the video game industry across multiple platforms
• Experience in social media marketing or digital content creation (video, photo, podcasts)
• Experience working on a continuous service AAA title
• Strong interest in March of Giants
