About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement player feedback loops to influence game experience and player retention
- Act as a spokesperson for Rainbow Six Siege and coordinate community-focused events
- Develop and execute strategic community plans through various content tactics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for player needs within production and publishing teams
- Manage and produce internal reports on community activity, feedback, and expectations
- Coordinate communication and initiatives with international departments to ensure message consistency
- Collaborate with social media managers to define and report on content KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in online community management and strategic program development
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and implement feedback
- Fluency in English
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, etc.)
- Experience working in high-pressure production environments with multiple deadlines
- Strong understanding of video game community growth and engagement strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event organization
- Experience with FPS games
- Experience in digital content creation (video, photo, podcasts, etc.)
