Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast. Vyro is Beast Industries' creator-led marketing platform that turns independent creators into a distribution channel for the world's biggest brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vyro Discord, driving daily engagement and channel strategy
• Act as the human face of the brand for creators, appearing on camera and hosting webinars/AMAs
• Produce educational content including video tutorials, written guides, and templates
• Use AI tools to quickly clip source footage and produce sample cuts for the community
• Maintain a personal social presence on TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
• Translate brand briefs into creator-friendly language for campaign activation
• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound small-to-mid-size brands

Requirements

• Experience running a creator-facing community at scale
• Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Opus Clip, ChatGPT) to multiply output
• Charismatic and comfortable appearing on camera for webinars and social content
• Ability to edit clips and write high-performing captions independently
• Generalist mindset with the ability to handle community, content, and brand tasks
• AI-native workflow integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Discord community growth
• Experience with creator-tool ecosystems
• Experience running ambassador programs
