Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage community spaces for tour and attraction businesses
• Execute educational programs, webinars, newsletters, and social content
• Manage and execute community-building efforts and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to build scalable customer referral campaigns
• Own customer communication channels using platforms like Intercom and ActiveCampaign
• Use data research to build frameworks for customer reactivation and retention
• Implement brand engagement strategies to increase reach and qualified leads
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in community or customer marketing
• Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities
• Practical experience with Intercom and ActiveCampaign
• AI native thinking for process optimization
• Ability to analyze trends and propose data-driven solutions
• Comfortable speaking to large audiences in-person and online
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Passion for travel and technology
