Community Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with composing community facing communications such as Community Spotlight, products Release Notes, and other community beats
• Compile community sentiment analysis and feedback for leadership
• Work in close collaboration with Creator Platform leadership to ensure alignment on schedules
• Maintain an active presence across community channels to monitor and synthesize feedback
• Help with community-based moderation efforts on social media

Requirements

• 2+ years in player-facing community management, communications, or marketing within video games or digital entertainment
• Expertise in community management and active listening
• Proven ability to manage and moderate online communities across multiple platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for fostering inclusive community engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or participating in Grand Theft Auto, FiveM, or RedM communities
• Basic understanding of scripting languages, game development, or modding tools
• Interest in identifying and curating innovative community content
• Experience managing social media channels for game developers or publishers
