New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. We offer online courses ranging from Wholesaling to Investing to Publishing to help students unlock financial freedom.

Responsibilities

• Lead and moderate discussions inside private Facebook groups
• Support live Zoom sessions by managing chats and tracking questions
• Partner with Senior Coordinators to launch new engagement ideas
• Manage member records, access permissions, and updates
• Help members navigate programs and resources
• Collaborate with Brand Directors on projects and campaigns
• Monitor community feedback and share insights with the team
• Handle documentation, reporting, and tracking communications
• Travel 3 to 4 times a year for a few days

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or member engagement
• Proficiency with Facebook, Zoom, and Kajabi (or similar platforms)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Member/Student Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
