Community Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and programming to elevate Okta and Auth0 customer communities
• Identify and cultivate Community Champions to drive engagement and thought leadership
• Manage the community content calendar aligned with product and GTM priorities
• Optimize community content for generative search (GEO/AEO) to ensure discoverability by AI models
• Govern the content lifecycle through regular audits and freshness standards
• Partner with engineers to deploy AI workflows for monitoring strategic community signals
• Transform high-value discussions into structured knowledge assets like FAQs and blogs
• Measure content performance against deflection, search citation, and pipeline influence

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in content strategy, community content, or knowledge management
• Experience managing community engagement programs for technical thought leadership
• Ability to restructure technical content into search-optimized narratives
• Experience optimizing content for generative AI engines and LLM citation standards
• Proficiency with content performance data and analytics tools
• Experience applying content taxonomy and information architecture at scale
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
• Background in B2B SaaS or post-sales environments
• Experience with agentic AI workflows or automation pipelines
