Community & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for social media platforms including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Manage the full production cycle: recording, assembly, and final delivery.
• Develop creative ideas and simple scripts featuring hooks, structures, CTAs, and key messages.
• Explain product benefits, use cases, and "how-to" guides in a clear and engaging manner.
• Produce various content types such as shipping tips, FAQs, feature announcements, and team testimonials.
• Maintain a brand tone that is clear, approachable, and professional.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on messaging and priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience creating video content specifically for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate messages dynamically.
• Ability to write structured scripts including hooks and calls to action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience explaining digital products or technological services.
