Community Chat Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations to ensure community rules are respected and regulate offensive behavior
• Encourage players to participate positively in discussions and activities
• Resolve conflicts between players impartially and constructively
• Provide assistance to members and foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Review and analyze chat activity to identify trends and problematic behavior
• Coordinate and manage innovative promotions and events to boost engagement
• Effectively promote marketing campaigns and platform features
• Process rewards granted through Community Chat activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree
• 6+ months of experience in customer service-related areas
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Empathy and ability to handle difficult situations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in an organized environment
• Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally
