About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient operation of community center workshops through organized planning and execution
  • Coordinate with facilitators to ensure all scheduled activities are completed successfully
  • Manage attendance control and generate participation reports
  • Support the general logistics and day-to-day operations of the community center
  • Conduct community needs assessments to identify potential facilitators and program opportunities
  • Maintain effective communication with the Zapopan Government and other training partners

Requirements

  • Degree or technical certification in Administration, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Proven experience in space administration
  • Experience working with social cause initiatives
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work with high levels of self-management
  • Excellent customer service skills
