About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation of community center workshops through organized planning and execution
- Coordinate with facilitators to ensure all scheduled activities are completed successfully
- Manage attendance control and generate participation reports
- Support the general logistics and day-to-day operations of the community center
- Conduct community needs assessments to identify potential facilitators and program opportunities
- Maintain effective communication with the Zapopan Government and other training partners
Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Administration, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Proven experience in space administration
- Experience working with social cause initiatives
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with high levels of self-management
- Excellent customer service skills
