About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in curating, conducting, evaluating, and reviewing recreational programmes and activities for seniors
- Engage with seniors to develop supportive relationships
- Support community outreach planning and execution
- Produce program materials and recruit seniors for centre activities
- Assist instructors with motion exercises, mobility training, and strength conditioning
- Perform pre- and post-program functionality assessments
- Ensure participant safety and maintain gym equipment
- Record attendance and register new and existing seniors
- Assist with taking vital signs
- Manage and support volunteers
- Provide case work management support
Requirements
- No experience required
- Proficiency in G-suite is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
