Community Association Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners
• Attend board meetings, perform community inspections, and conduct site walk-throughs
• Prepare and distribute annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages
• Review monthly financial reports and provide management summaries to the Board of Directors
• Provide recommendations to the Board regarding major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal Associa departments to ensure smooth community operations

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in community association management
• Strong knowledge of HOA and property management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
