Community Associate

Responsibilities

• Support leasing activities including responding to inquiries, providing property tours, and coordinating move-ins
• Maintain open communication with Center Management, tenants, residents, and vendors
• Assist with resident requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Oversee contracted service vendors and assist with property maintenance and housekeeping standards
• Conduct apartment inspections during move-in and move-out processes
• Process and report application fees, security deposits, and rent payments accurately
• Monitor property for safety violations and ensure compliance with residential policies
• Assist in sales outreach, marketing, and customer retention programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
