About the Company
Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown to over 200 customers and raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC, and Y Combinator.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of mid-market and SMB events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Support the Director of Community on enterprise event execution such as high-touch dinners and partner activations
- Build and formalize community operations infrastructure, including CRM setup and event tracking workflows
- Manage day-to-day community operations, member communications, and onboarding
- Drive event RSVPs and qualified attendance through proactive outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Track pipeline attribution and report on event performance to the GTM team
- Support community content including recap posts, newsletters, and LinkedIn content
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in community, events, field marketing, partnerships, or BD
- Experience at a B2B startup or high-growth company
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound sales mentality and cold outreach
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
- Ability to work in-office at NYC HQ
