About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and solve large volumes of tickets and comments, responding to users in a timely manner
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying user complaints and determining root causes
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with users through open and interactive communication
- Provide prospective users with logical advice on games to meet their specific needs
- Maintain an up-to-date user database through internal and external communications
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing user information
- Document and manage all user inquiries and refer feedback to the product department or management
- Monitor in-game chat and follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (excellent written and verbal skills)
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the mobile gaming industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems and practices
- Good understanding of social media platforms
