Community and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for executive dinners, happy hours, conferences, meetups, and community activations
• Manage event timelines, run-of-shows, and planning documents
• Assist with venue sourcing, catering, rentals, and vendor management
• Support on-site event execution, registration, and attendee experience
• Track budgets, invoices, contracts, and event expenses
• Manage event registration platforms and attendee communications
• Coordinate event promotion across social channels and email
• Manage merchandise ordering, inventory, and event shipments
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or community
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move event materials (up to 10 lbs)
• Comfort working evenings or occasional weekends during events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting conferences or trade shows
• Experience managing executive dinners or VIP events
• Familiarity with developer communities, startups, or B2B SaaS
• Experience working with vendors, venues, and event budgets
