Community and Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and engage with the ThriveCart community on a daily basis
• Foster a welcoming, helpful, and professional environment aligned with brand values
• Share product updates, roadmap highlights, and key dates with the community
• Plan, host, and moderate webinars, tech-ins, and community sessions
• Serve as the day-to-day brand guardian for all community-facing content
• Apply brand guidelines across forums, social channels, and member communications
• Monitor community sentiment and surface insights to internal teams
• Collaborate with product, support, marketing, and leadership to coordinate announcements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in brand, community, marketing, or communications roles
• Experience managing and growing online communities (SaaS or digital products preferred)
• Proven experience maintaining brand standards across multiple channels
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for productivity
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents to automate tasks
