About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive subscriber growth and product penetration for video, high-speed internet, voice, XFINITY Home, and Mobile within assigned multi-dwelling communities.
- Execute promotional events and social initiatives to generate new residential customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property stakeholders, managing communications for bulk deployments and network upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and property management staff to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate event logistics, including budget management, planning, and the distribution of marketing materials.
- Utilize social media and digital tools to drive online marketing efforts and community engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while employing retention techniques to minimize service cancellations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital/social media platforms.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop rapport with diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or event coordination.
