About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive subscriber growth and product penetration for video, high-speed internet, voice, and mobile services within multi-dwelling communities.
  • Execute promotional events and social initiatives to engage residents and generate new leads.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property stakeholders, managing communications for bulk deployments and network upgrades.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while utilizing retention techniques to minimize customer cancellations.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including budget management, planning, and the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Utilize social media and digital tools to drive online marketing efforts and community engagement.
  • Build rapport with residents and property staff to identify product needs and provide expert recommendations.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
