About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive subscriber growth and product penetration for video, high-speed internet, voice, and mobile services within multi-dwelling communities.
- Execute promotional events and social initiatives to engage residents and generate new leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property stakeholders, managing communications for bulk deployments and network upgrades.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while utilizing retention techniques to minimize customer cancellations.
- Coordinate event logistics, including budget management, planning, and the distribution of marketing materials.
- Utilize social media and digital tools to drive online marketing efforts and community engagement.
- Build rapport with residents and property staff to identify product needs and provide expert recommendations.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
