About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive subscriber growth and product penetration within assigned multi-dwelling properties by selling video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home products
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with property management and leasing staff
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, including net add improvement and penetration targets
  • Act as a single point of contact to resolve customer, technical, or billing issues for property residents and staff
  • Manage on-site events and marketing efforts to generate awareness and interest in Comcast products
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, social media, and digital tools to drive online marketing and community engagement
  • Visit new build properties regularly to ensure service availability prior to occupancy

Requirements

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary
