About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate long-term agreements with key decision-makers, including building managers, owners, attorneys, and developers, to bring Xfinity services to multifamily properties.
- Secure new business opportunities through New Build and Winback right-of-entry and renew existing agreements.
- Manage large-scale property portfolio relationships using a top-down consultative sales approach.
- Negotiate both "Bulk" (amenity) and non-bulk Xfinity service contracts.
- Deliver professional presentations to property owners, developers, and home-owner associations.
- Build robust business cases supported by financial modeling to drive growth.
- Manage the sales funnel, including opportunities and forecasts, to ensure accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior Account Executives and collaborate with National Account Managers.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in financial modeling to support business cases.
- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and manage complex client relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered.
