Communications Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from donors, parents, students, and vendors with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with recurring gift changes, billing questions, address updates, and merchandise concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding events, ticketing, and organizational inquiries
• Manage high-volume email inboxes using Google Workspace workflows
• Identify, categorize, and route email inquiries using labels and filters
• Update supporter and donor profiles in CRM platforms with accuracy
• Process account changes, refunds, and profile adjustments
• Log call outcomes and maintain data integrity across Virtuous, Airtable, and Google Sheets

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Proficiency with social media platforms including X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 5-10%
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement with TPUSA
• Prior direct response and administrative experience
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations like Salesforce
