Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver clear, accurate communications to support health improvement business initiatives
• Develop communications for presentations, SharePoint content, and public stories
• Coordinate and manage message distribution across approved channels like email and intranet
• Draft materials, conduct research, and assist with tool updates
• Assist in curated event planning, including facility and security coordination
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics such as email open rates and intranet views
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and improve effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or relevant field
• 2+ years of professional communications experience
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience with standard communication tools like email platforms and intranet systems
