Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multi-channel communication plans aligned with business priorities and organizational goals
• Research audiences and develop strategies to drive engagement and understanding
• Create and deliver engaging content across video, audio, visual, and written formats
• Ensure all communications meet brand standards for quality, design, messaging, and consistency
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Build strong relationships with business teams to promote internal brand awareness
• Maintain intranet content and support consistent communication practices
• Measure effectiveness and use insights to improve future communication strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience
• Strong editorial, grammatical, and writing skills to produce high-quality content
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, useful insights for target audiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
