Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit communication materials for various media to support Business Unit strategies
• Plan, edit, and manage publications and other communication products at the Business Unit level
• Provide communications support to departments and managers to identify needs and develop appropriate communication plans
• Plan and manage communication activities and coordinate employee engagement campaigns
• Ensure all communications align with Enterprise brand standards, guidelines, and approved messaging

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in communications
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud
• 1+ years of experience in video editing (Adobe Rush, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• 1+ years of experience using the Office 365 Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience, including budget and deployment
• Experience designing SharePoint sites
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in researching and solving audio/visual technical challenges for virtual meetings
