Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute an international PR strategy and build strong international media relations
• Drive storytelling by creating compelling material for internal and external communications
• Position Isar Aerospace as a thought leader by securing speaking opportunities and drafting op-eds
• Translate complex technical milestones into value-driven narratives for diverse audiences
• Build and execute the internal communication strategy and manage all internal channels
• Plan and manage the production of engaging content in collaboration with agencies
• Support senior executives with messaging, scripts, and presentations
• Support crisis communications and the planning of internal leadership events

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications or PR, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
• Strong PR and media relations skills, including experience with crisis communications
• Experience developing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels
• Proven ability to support senior stakeholders and leadership communication
• Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize under pressure
• Collaborative team player with high standards and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to using events as a PR lever and integrated campaign thinking
• A degree in communications, PR, journalism, or a related field
• A valid German driver’s license
