Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional internal communications for Spanish Latam to ensure strategic alignment.
Manage the regional editorial calendar, integrating global communications and local needs.
Create, edit, and publish news, press releases, and special content for internal channels.
Administer the internal communication platform, ensuring quality, segmentation, and metric tracking.
Translate business and HR needs into engaging and actionable messages and campaigns.
Support initiatives related to culture, talent, wellbeing, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
Develop strategic messaging for leaders, town halls, and corporate events.
Execute employer branding actions both internally and externally.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure quality and brand alignment.
Analyze communication channels and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Professional degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
Over 4 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate marketing.
Experience in multinational companies or regional environments.
Proficiency in organizational communication, corporate writing, and storytelling.
Experience managing internal communication platforms or intranets.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, or digital analytics is desirable.

Experience with employee engagement platforms and mailing tools.
Experience in audiovisual content production.
Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence to optimize content and productivity.
