Communications & PR Executive

Responsibilities

• Support and execute communication strategies for all DF brands to enhance visibility and brand consistency.
• Implement internal, external, and crisis communications strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media, influencers, and industry partners to secure coverage.
• Lead influencer partnerships and create impactful campaigns to drive ticket sales and event awareness.
• Write and distribute press releases, website content, customer communications, and official statements.
• Coordinate interviews between artists and journalists and manage media passes for events.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging content across various channels.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including media coverage and social media engagement.
• Attend live events to capture content and manage out-of-hours communication issues as required.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a fast-paced PR or communications role.
• Excellent copywriting, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of event promotion, media relations, and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, and Monday.com.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, campaign reporting, and customer research.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• A passion for music and delivering inclusive, first-class experiences for fans.
