Communications & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal communication standards to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
• Draft, edit, and structure internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
• Create and manage content for digital channels including LinkedIn, website, and presentations
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging and tone across all platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and company positioning
• Research industry conferences, exhibitions, and potential market opportunities
• Support preparation of materials for events and company profiles
• Maintain and update structured databases for contacts, partners, and clients
• Coordinate communication activities with PR partners or external agencies
• Monitor and improve the quality and professionalism of all outgoing communication
• Ensure all communication complies with NDA and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role
• Mandatory fluency in English
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Experience in content creation for LinkedIn, websites, and corporate materials
• Experience in digital marketing and content management
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
