Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of Supernal’s internal corporate narrative
• Draft high-stakes messaging, briefing materials, and talking points for the CTO, CFO, and Board of Managers
• Partner with core operations, corporate strategy, and technical engineering teams to execute communication plans
• Manage communication assets, including executive presentation design standards and corporate templates
• Coordinate and execute high-impact internal events such as Town Halls and technical briefings
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for internal channels and corporate platforms
• Interface with Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
• Partner with Legal and HR to support internal change management and reputation protection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, internal communications, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, tech, or startup environments
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with audio and visual creation
• Excellent graphic design skills for presentation material
• Fluency in Korean
